Actor Kwak Si Yang and Lovelyz’s Yoo Jiae are getting hitched!
On September 3, a media outlet reported that Kwak Si Yang and Yoo Jiae are planning to tie the knot after dating for about a year. Confirming the news, Kwak Si Yang’s agency, 9ato Entertainment, shared that the couple will be getting married on November 28.
In a statement, the agency said:
Hello, this is 9ato Entertainment.
Actor Kwak Si Yang will be holding a wedding ceremony this coming November with singer and actress Yoo Jiae.
The two have promised to share their future together based on deep trust and love for one another.
The wedding will be held privately with only their families, relatives, and close acquaintances in attendance.
We ask for your kind understanding that it is difficult to disclose specific details out of respect for both families.
Please look fondly upon them with warmth as they stand at the beginning of a new chapter in their lives, and we ask for your many blessings and support.
Following the announcement, both artists shared heartwarming letters through their social media accounts.

In the letter, Kwak Si Yang said:
Hello, this is Kwak Si-yang.
At this precious turning point in the season, I am writing this letter because there is something I wanted to tell you personally.
You may have heard the news through today’s articles. I had many thoughts about how I should tell you this news, and my heart is both filled with excitement and a bit of nervousness.
I’ve found someone precious with whom I want to spend the rest of my life.
Based on our trust and love for each other, we have promised to walk through the rest of our lives together.
During difficult times, we will be each other’s strongest support, and during happy moments, we will laugh together and build a warm and loving family.
From the very moment I took my first steps as an actor until today, I have been able to continue acting because of the support and encouragement you have given me. I will never forget your kindness and gratitude, and I will always cherish it deeply in my heart.
