The Plot

Kim Do-hyeon (So Ji-sub), known as Mr. Kim, appears to be a typical middle-aged salaryman and devoted single father raising his teenage daughter, Min-ji (Seo Su Min). As an accounting team manager at Sangsaeng Savings Bank, he leads a quiet, ordinary life. But his ordinary exterior conceals his true identity: ‘Agent 66’, a highly classified and volatile former South Korean covert operative who tops North Korea’s most-wanted list.

When Min-ji suddenly vanishes, Kim abandons his quiet civilian life and utilises his dangerous espionage skills to locate and rescue her. His sudden activity draws the attention of the National Special Missions Bureau, forcing him to navigate both the criminal underworld and the government agencies that once controlled him.

During his search, Kim aligns with two other fathers who are also former operatives: Seong Han-soo (Choi Dae-hoon), a former Olympic Taekwondo gold medalist and three-time World Taekwondo champion who runs a local martial arts dojo, and Park Jin-cheol (Yoon Kyung-ho), a former representative soldier of the elite ‘Cheonsan’ special forces unit who now works as a school-zone traffic safety volunteer. Together, this unlikely trio faces opposition from various figures, including construction executive Ju Gang-chan (Joo Sang Wook), an associate named Jung Sang-a (Son Na Eun), and Park Kang-seong (Kim Sung Kyu), a North Korean agent.

What follows is a relentless, action-packed race against time as three fathers use every skill they possess to save one child and discover that the past never truly stays buried.

Despite maintaining a calm and disciplined demeanour, he frequently faces domestic stress due to his troublesome son, Seong Tae-hoon. When he learns of Min-ji’s kidnapping, Han-soo joins Kim’s mission out of paternal empathy, and Choi Dae-hoon brings warmth and physicality to the role.

Park Jin-cheol (Played by Yoon Kyung-ho)  

A former representative soldier of the elite ‘Cheonsan’ special forces unit with extensive combat experience from serving in multiple civil wars. In the present day, he leads a quiet life working as a school-zone traffic safety volunteer. Exceptionally devoted to his daughter, Da-bin, he does not hesitate to join the rescue mission, and Yoon Kyung-ho brings depth and gravitas to a man who has seen too much but still believes in fighting for what matters.
