The Plot

A neo-noir action thriller, the film is centered around Marco, a Korean-Filipino (Kopino) boxer with mixed heritage who dislikes being called a Kopino. He lives with his mother in a dilapidated house.
Marco participates in underground boxing matches and gambles to earn money. In a desperate attempt to pay for his mother’s medical treatment, he agrees to become an accomplice in a jewelry store robbery for a 10% share after being persuaded by a man he meets at a bar. However, he is later beaten by a rival gang member and abandoned.
With his mother needing urgent surgery, Marco begins searching for his father through his connections. Surprisingly, his father — a wealthy business magnate — is also looking for him. After discovering Marco’s whereabouts, he sends his men to bring Marco to Korea immediately.
Marco reluctantly travels to Korea with these men. During the journey, he encounters the Nobleman for the first time. With a psychotic smile and quirky humor, the Nobleman advises Marco on which accent he should use to make people like him in Korea. Before leaving, he whispers that the men accompanying Marco intend to kill him, leaving Marco suspicious of the group and irritated with the Nobleman.
As Marco heads to meet his father, the Nobleman suddenly attacks and shoots the minions escorting him. What follows is a relentless pursuit, with the Nobleman chasing Marco with manic efficiency — running at incredible speed and leaping across rooftops.
The chase soon turns into a deadly cat-and-mouse game. Marco becomes the target of several dangerous individuals: the Nobleman, a fearless and skilled assassin; a mysterious and formidable female fighter; and elite guards sent by Director Han, Marco’s stepbrother, who is secretly orchestrating everything.
During the pursuit, Marco finally discovers why he was brought to Korea so urgently. Eventually, he is kidnapped by his stepbrother’s men and taken to his father’s luxurious villa.
Once there, Marco is shocked by the truth surrounding his family. Soon after, the Nobleman arrives, using his usual manic tactics. A brutal fight erupts, and he rescues Marco before walking away triumphantly.
In the end, a shocking revelation changes the lives of both Marco and the Nobleman, creating an unexpected and unique bond between them.
