ZEROBASEONE’s SUNG HAN BIN has been officially announced as the first-ever global ambassador for KCON!
On February 20, CJ ENM introduced SUNG HAN BIN as the global ambassador for K-pop festival KCON, unveiling the new role for the first time in the festival’s history. The position is aimed at representing the festival’s vision as a global platform that encompasses not only K-pop, but also K-beauty and other facets of Korean culture and lifestyle.

ZEROBASEONE’s leader SUNG HAN BIN expressed his gratitude, stating, “KCON was one of the turning points in my life, as it was where ZB1 first performed for global fans, I’m deeply grateful to become the first ambassador for KCON, a platform that also marked the birth of our group. I will do my best to help people of different generations and tastes experience and share Korean culture and global trends together, creating new memories along the way.”
As a global ambassador, SUNG HAN BIN will act both as a guide and storyteller in expanding KCON’s identity to worldwide audiences, where global fans can experience emerging Korean culture and trends. His ambassadorship role will span throughout 2026, beginning with ‘KCON Japan 2026’ in Chiba Prefecture from May 8 to 10 and continuing at ‘KCON LA 2026’ in Los Angeles from August 14 to 16.
Meanwhile, SUNG HAN BIN will also take part as a performer at ‘KCON Japan 2026’alongside his fellow ZEROBASEONE members.
