BTS’ Jin celebrated his birthday by making a meaningful donation!
On December 3, Jin celebrated his birthday by donating 100 million won (approximately $68,100) to the Busan Namgwang Social Welfare Society. According to the organization, the funds will support underprivileged members of the local community, particularly children and youth, in line with its 80-year history rooted in child welfare.
The donation will be used for various talent-support scholarship programs designed to help underprivileged children develop their skills and pursue their dreams. It will also support the ‘Self-Relief Youth Support Program’, which helps adolescents aging out of childcare institutions as they transition into independent living. His thoughtful gesture reflects his dedication to youth empowerment.
Earlier, on October 31, Jin successfully wrapped up his first solo fan concert tour, ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR’. Meanwhile, BTS is preparing for a full-group comeback in the first half of next year.
This heartfelt birthday donation highlights Jin’s strong sense of social responsibility and his dedication to giving back and uplifting young people.
