HITGS has returned with new music!
On October 6 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), the five-member rookie group HITGS officially released their first mini-album, ‘Things we love: I’, across major streaming platforms and unveiled the music video for the title track, ‘HAPPY’.
‘Things we love: I’ features five tracks in total. The title track, ‘HAPPY’, blends funky basslines, punchy drums, and polished synths to deliver a pop-disco sound filled with unfiltered teenage energy. Filmed on location in Los Angeles, the cinematic music video follows the members as they embark on a spontaneous trip, share their worries, support one another when plans go awry, and ultimately find joy in the chaos.
B-side tracks on the album include ‘A-HA!’, a hyper-pop track with an upbeat rhythm and energetic vocals, for which the group released a music video ahead of the album release, ‘PAGE’, and the previously released singles ‘GROSS’ and ‘CHARIZZMA’.
To celebrate the release, the group held a comeback live on their official YouTube channel, sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the MV shoot and interacting with fans in real time.
Through this album, HITGS captures the confidence and sincerity of youth and the things they love, across a variety of musical genres.
