On September 17, SM Entertainment, in collaboration with production company eggiscoming, announced the launch of the first standalone reality show, ‘Reply High School,’ featuring its male trainee group SMTR25.

‘Reply High School’ is a time-slip themed variety show that follows 15 participants, including select members of SMTR25 and previously unrevealed trainees, as they enroll in a fictional school to uncover the path to their debut. Divided into classes inspired by the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s, participants immerse themselves in the culture, emotions, and everyday life of each era while growing as artists and individuals, inching closer towards their future dreams.
The upcoming show explores the historical timelines of K-culture and is led by producer Shin Hyo Jung and writer Kim Dae Joo, known for ‘NANA bnb with SEVENTEEN’ and ‘NANA TOUR with SEVENTEEN.’
Mnet Plus has opened global voting for class names in the show, inviting fans to choose titles for each decade-themed class by September 20, 23:59 KST (8:29 IST). Voters may also win access to a special event.

SMTR25 is SM Entertainment’s multinational male trainee group, which made its first public appearance in January during the ‘SMTOWN LIVE 2025’ concert in Seoul, commemorating the company’s 30th anniversary. Since then, the group has taken its performances global, appearing in Mexico City, Los Angeles, London, and Tokyo.
