EXO’s D.O. is back with new music!
On September 16 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), Doh Kyung Soo released his digital single ‘DUMB,’ featuring PENOMECO, along with an instrumental version and a music video on his agency Company SooSoo’s official YouTube channel.
‘DUMB’ is co-written by Doh Kyung Soo and PENOMECO. The track delivers raw and honest emotions of determination and confidence, expressing the courage to stay true to oneself without being affected by other people’s stares. Even if people think you’re dumb, so what? Both artists’ strong and distinctive vocal styles amplify the track’s overall mood.
The music video, set against a high-teen mood board, exudes the free-spirited energy of youth, showing different sides of the artists. It follows them trying to form a band and recruit members but ultimately performing on their own, bringing the lyrics to life. The video also includes cartoon animations, making it a must-watch.
‘DUMB’ marks Doh Kyung Soo’s first release in a little over a month, following the release of his first full album ‘BLISS’ on July 7.
Doh Kyung Soo, along with PENOMECO, performed the first-ever live version of the track with a live band on ‘it’s Live’, a special treat for fans.
