MONSTA X is back with their 13th mini-album ‘THE X’!
On September 1 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST), the group made their much-anticipated return with the release of their 10th-anniversary celebratory album, ‘THE X.’ This marks their first comeback as a full group since completing military service earlier this year.
The group also unveiled the official music video for the title track, ‘N the Front,’ a bold hip-hop and rap-driven anthem filled with MONSTA X’s signature charisma, hard-hitting beats, and intense performance. The music video showcases MONSTA X in a new light while still maintaining their core style.
The latest album features six tracks: ‘Do What I Want,’ ‘N the Front’ (title track), ‘Savior,’ ‘Tuscan Leather,’ ‘Catch Me Now,’ and ‘Fire & Ice.’ Joohoney, I.M, and Hyungwon have actively participated in the creation of the album.
Ahead of the release, MONSTA X had dropped the pre-release single ‘Do What I Want’ on August 18, along with a dynamic music video showcasing a rebellious, free-spirited concept. The track set the tone for the comeback, highlighting the group’s powerful rap and vocals.
‘THE X’ encapsulates the group’s journey over the past 10 years, since their debut in 2015 with ‘Trespass.’ Each song showcases MONSTA X’s versatility, blending bold energy with emotional depth, while marking the start of a new era for the group.
