Former SECRET NUMBER member JINNY returns to the music scene as a solo artist.
On August 23 KST, JINNY officially released her pre-release track ‘Everglow’, the title track of her solo debut mini-album ‘Towards the Light’.
‘Everglow’ is a track filled with positive energy and a modern pop touch, highlighted by JINNY’s clear and expressive vocals and a powerful message. The music video marks the start of JINNY’s solo journey as she steps into the spotlight, portrayed in soft yet alluring colors, with stunning visuals that perfectly blend with the track’s atmosphere.
The mini album ‘Towards the Light’ consists of four tracks, including the title track ‘Everglow’. The other tracks are ‘LIGHTS’, ‘BABY BABY’, and ‘HIGHER’. JINNY also participated in writing and composing songs on the album, further showcasing her growth as a singer-songwriter.
JINNY debuted as a member of the girl group SECRET NUMBER in May 2020. In April 2025, she announced her departure from the group. Shortly after, on August 1, she announced her solo debut under Betty music.
With this album, titled ‘Towards the Light’, JINNY aims to convey a message of self-confidence and courage to keep moving forward towards the bright future with hard work and persistence.
‘Towards the Light’ is set to release on September 8 at 12 PM JST (8:30 AM IST).
