EXO’s Chanyeol is all set to celebrate his first solo anniversary.
On August 6, SM Entertainment announced that Chanyeol will be holding a special concert, ‘CHANYEOL [Upside Down: Sound Stage]’, to commemorate his solo debut anniversary. The event will take place at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on August 31.

‘Upside Down: Sound Stage’ will be held shortly after Chanyeol’s comeback with his second mini album, ‘Upside Down’. The upcoming release marks his return to solo music a year after his debut album, ‘Black Out’, which was released on August 28, 2024.
‘Upside Down: Sound Stage’ was first teased when Chanyeol unveiled the promotional schedule for his new album. According to the schedule, ahead of the release of ‘Upside Down’, Chanyeol will drop a safety guide on August 11, followed by a series of teaser images between August 12 and 15. He will also unveil the teaser image and MV teaser for a pre-release track, ‘Happy Accident’, ahead of its official release on August 21. An MV teaser for ‘Upside Down’ will follow on August 24.
Following the album release, Chanyeol will engage closely with fans through the offline event ‘THE STAGE’, scheduled for August 27 and 28, leading up to the anniversary concert ‘Upside Down: Sound Stage’ on August 31.
Tickets for ‘Upside Down: Sound Stage’ will be available through Yes24, with pre-sales for fan club members starting on August 13 at 8 PM KST (4:30 PM IST), followed by general sales on August 14 at 8 PM KST (4:30 PM IST).
Meanwhile, ‘Upside Down’ is scheduled to be released on August 25 at 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST).
