BTS has officially confirmed their plans for a full-group comeback!
On July 1, all BTS members appeared together on a Weverse live, exciting fans worldwide with news of their long-awaited return. This marked their first live session as a full group since completing their military service. During the broadcast, the members confirmed their plans to release a new group album in spring 2026, their first in four years. They also revealed plans for a world tour to follow.
The group’s leader, RM, shared that they will be working on the album in the U.S. and added, “Starting from July, we will gather and stick together in earnest to focus on working on music. Our full-group album will really be released next spring, and you won’t have to wait until July or August.” He further added, “Of course, we will also be going on a tour, a world tour, starting next spring. We’ll be going to see you here and there all over the world, so please look forward to it.”
RM also promised to communicate with fans more often and present a great album for those who have been waiting.
The rest of the members echoed RM’s enthusiasm. Jungkook said, “This time, we’re really going to go all the way back to our original mindset and gather together.” Jimin shared that they’ll work hard to prepare a good album as soon as they can, so fans don’t have to wait too long.
Meanwhile, BTS is set to release their first live album, ‘PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LIVE’, on July 18.
With the group officially reunited and already working on new music, fans can look forward to a new era of BTS beginning next year.
