TEEN TOP is making a comeback!
On June 24, TOP Media confirmed that the K-pop group TEEN TOP is currently preparing a new album for release in August. The company also announced that the group will connect with fans through their official YouTube channel on July 10 to celebrate their 15th debut anniversary, where they will reveal more details about the upcoming album. The agency said, “We are doing our best to prepare for a comeback to celebrate the 15th anniversary with our fans,” and added, “Please look forward to TEEN TOP’s new music and activities.”
Back in 2023, TEEN TOP drew fresh attention when they appeared on MBC’s popular variety show ‘Hangout with Yoo’, where their past hits resurfaced and Yoo Jae Suk called them his favorite group. Since then, they’ve received strong support through new variety show appearances, a comeback album, and a signature performance event ‘TEEN TOP we gonna rock it drop it top it hey don’t stop it pop it LIVE’.
The upcoming album will mark TEEN TOP’s first release in two years since their 7th single album ‘4SHO’ in July 2023.
Additionally, the TEEN TOP members have remained active in various fields. NIEL made a solo comeback in April this year and can also be seen in the musicals ‘The Time of Dogs and Cats’ and ‘Get Off Work at 6.’ Ricky is also part of the cast for ‘Get Off Work at 6,’ while Chunji is active in the musical ‘Sunny Ten.’ Changjo, who was discharged from the military in May, is meeting fans through a fanmeeting tour with stops in Taiwan, Korea, and Japan.
