m-flo described the collaboration with ZICO and eill as “one-of-a-kind sessions that transcend genre and language.” ZICO stated, “It’s an honor to participate in an album by m-flo, a group I’ve been a fan of since I first started music. It’s truly admirable that they’ve reached their 25th anniversary as artists,” describing ‘EKO EKO’ as a track that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or musical taste.
m-flo further shared that ‘EKO EKO’ is a song created through deep communication with ZICO and eill, aiming to bring out the best in each artist and highlight their individuality.
‘EKO EKO’ is another addition to the string of collaborations ZICO has taken on this year, including ASH ISLAND’s ‘It’s Okay (Feat. ZICO)’ and Giriboy’s ‘My Job is Cool (Feat. ZICO, J-Tong)’. He also served as the executive producer for BOYNEXTDOOR’s mini album ‘No Genre.’ His project with m-flo further adds to his reputation as a truly versatile artist.
