The trailer opens with Geum Ja (Kang Ae Shim) asking Seong Gi Hun (Lee Jung Jae) if he blames himself for everything that’s happened and is intercut with a flashback of Sae Byeok (Jung Ho Yeon) from Season 1, reassuring him, “You’re not that kind of person.”
As Gi Hun battles inner turmoil and guilt, Geum Ja explains that bad people do wrong, blame others for their mistakes, and move on easily, but good people often blame themselves even for small things. She concludes, “I still believe you came here to save us all.” The trailer builds up with intense action and scenes from the final games, ending with Gi Hun’s declaration, “I’m trying to put an end to it (the game).”
Season 3 continues the challenging journey of Gi Hun, who returns to the dangerous game with a personal mission, and Front Man (Lee Byung Hun), who hides behind a mask to manipulate the game from within. The story also follows the remaining survivors as they face the final round of the brutal, high-stakes game.
The series finale premieres on June 27 on Netflix.
