The first poster catches attention with its retro flyer-inspired aesthetic. The four MCs flash bright, exaggerated expressions as if yelling, “It’s so funny, I’m shocked!” Paired with playful taglines like “Amazing things, laughter, touching stories, unlimited laughter!” and a quirky tip-off number, the teaser reflects the show’s mission to spotlight the bizarre and beautiful stories of ordinary people.
In the second poster, they are dressed as reporters and crew members with a shocked expression, building excitement for the brand-new season.
The production team shared the first season of ‘What on Earth’, which concluded successfully, upheld the legacy of SBS’s long-standing flagship programs, while also receiving a warm response from a younger audience.
For Season 2, they have prepared even more carefully curated content, featuring stories unlike anything seen before and promising a special segment each week. They further requested fans’ continued support and interest as Season 2 returns just three months after the conclusion of Season 1.
Season 2 will kick off with the ‘Daily Life Mystery: 100’ special episode, followed by a ‘Presidential Special’ timed to air right after the presidential election. WINNER’s Kang Seung Yoon is set to appear as the first guest of the season.
‘What on Earth’ Season 2 will premiere on May 29 at 9 PM KST (5:30 PM IST).
