On May 20, IU’s agency, EDAM Entertainment, unveiled the instrumental tracklist video for ‘Kkot Galpi 3’ via her official social media and YouTube channel, instantly sparking excitement among fans. Presented through a retro computer interface, the video evokes strong analog emotions with old-school fonts, sound effects, and a loading hourglass icon.
The album features six tracks: the title song ‘Never Ending Story’, ‘Red Sneakers’, ‘October 4th’, ‘Last Scene (Feat. Wonstein)’, ‘The Beauty (Feat. Balming Tiger)’, and ‘Square’s Dream’. Instrumental snippets of each song are also featured in the video, offering a nostalgic preview of what’s to come.
Adding to the excitement, IU launched a special ARS (Automatic Response System) event on May 19 based on the concept of a collect call. Fans who dial 1660-0527 are greeted by IU’s voice, creating the intimate feeling of a real phone call. By following prompts, callers can hear previews of songs from the new album directly in IU’s voice.
