MAMAMOO’s Hwasa Makes Her Solo Debut With ‘TWIT’ MV

MAMAMOO’s Hwasa has finally made her long-awaited solo debut! 

Hwasa  released her solo debut track ‘TWIT (멍청이)’ on 13th February at 6pm KST through various music sites. The music video for the same was also released via MAMAMOO and 1theK’s official YouTube channels.

Track ‘Twit’  is an impressive song with tropical elements and trap beats, the unique guitar riffs with the sounds of an organ create a trendy and an addictive melody where Hwasa’s strong and charming tones stand out. The idol participated in writing the lyrics, as well as composing the song.

The lyrics are about someone who calls themselves a twit/fool for not being able to take care of a loved one, and not realising how happy they were together.

In the music video, the experimental and sensual styles like a large hand-shaped gypsum statue and vinyl outfits attract attention, but Hwasa’s unique vocals and charismatic image leave a strong impact.
