Dreamcatcher’s three-member sub-unit, ‘UAU’, is set to debut next month!
On April 23, Dreamcatcher Company officially announced that the group’s first sub-unit, UAU, will make its debut this May. Comprising members JiU, SuA, and Yoohyeon, the trio has already begun full-scale preparations for their unit activities.
The name UAU is a clever blend of the phrase ‘You Are You’, drawing a syllable from each member’s name. It represents the unit’s core message of embracing individuality and freedom in a world consumed by routine. The logo for UAU was unveiled through Dreamcatcher’s official social media earlier this month, sparking immense excitement among fans.

Known for their intensity in the rock-metal genre, the members are expected to showcase a new sonic direction as UAU, blending their distinctive charms to deliver music that encourages authenticity and emotional liberation.
UAU is set to make one of their first official appearances at the ‘2025 Weverse Con Festival’, scheduled to take place from May 31 to June 1.
