The highly anticipated BL romance drama ‘Business As Usual’ has released a new teaser.
On March 12, W-STORY released a new teaser for their upcoming BL, ‘Business As Usual,’ starring Chae Jong Hyeok and Sung Seung Ha.
Based on the popular web novel of the same name by Moscareto, ‘Business As Usual’ follows Choi Jin Hwan and Kim Min Joon. The new teaser highlights the beginning of the protagonists’ relationship, who met each other during their college days.
While it initially appears their romance is beginning on a positive note, Min Joon’s first love takes a painful turn, with Jin Hwan coldly remarking, “Just because I went along with it, he thinks I’m interested in him.” Eight years after their emotionally complex romance, they unexpectedly reunite at the workplace, still carrying unresolved misunderstandings from their past.
The 90-second teaser gives a glimpse into the emotional depth and visual appeal of the series, highlighting the complex dynamics between the characters and the captivating atmosphere of their relationship.
The drama, starring Sung Seung Ha and Chae Jong Hyeok, projects a romance that transitions from college life to the workplace and has already created significant anticipation among fans. Also joining them is Lee Yoon Ki, who is making his debut appearance in the series in the role of Jin Soo, an intern at a publishing company who has his own fair share of workplace challenges.
Directed by Min Chae Yeon, written by Kang Rim, and produced by W-Story and SD Studio, ‘Business As Usual’ offers a new perspective on romance by reuniting two lovers in an unexpected workplace situation. It is a mix of nostalgia, workplace dynamics, and a second chance at love.
‘Business As Usual’ is scheduled to premiere in April.
