WEi’s Yoo Yongha will be sitting out upcoming activities due to an injury.
On March 1, WEi’s agency, OUI Entertainment, announced that member Yoo Yongha sustained an injury during practice that morning and will require surgery. The agency stated, “This morning (March 1), during a dance practice session, Yoo Yongha sustained an injury to his right finger. Immediately after the incident, he was taken to the hospital for a detailed examination, where he was diagnosed with a finger fracture requiring surgery. Currently, he is hospitalized and undergoing the necessary pre-surgery medical procedures as per the doctors’ recommendations.”

Due to his injury, Yoo Yongha will not be participating in WEi’s upcoming fan-signing events on March 1 and 2. The company also stated that his individual video call fan sign event will be rescheduled, and depending on his recovery, other activities may also be adjusted.
Yoo Yongha is a member of the six-member boy group WEi under OUI Entertainment. The group debuted in October 2020 with the mini-album ‘IDENTITY: First Sight.’ Most recently, they made a comeback with their seventh mini-album, ‘The Feelings,’ released on January 15, 2025.
