Five Members Of fromis_9 Sign With A New Agency + 3 Members Leave The Group

Five fromis_9 members have found a home with a new agency!

On January 26, Korean media outlets reported that five members of the K-Pop group fromis_9—Song Ha Young, Park Ji Won, Lee Na Gyung, Lee Chae Young, and Baek Ji Heon—have signed an exclusive contract with a newly established agency, ASND.

The remaining three members—Lee Sae Rom, Lee Seo Yeon, and Roh Ji Sun—have decided to part ways with the group and follow their individual journeys, as per the report.

ASND also confirmed the news and stated, “It must have taken a lot of thought and courage for these artists to make the choice to continue working with the team. We at ASND sincerely thank them for their courage and decision to join us, and we promise to provide them with the support and encouragement they need to pursue their dreams.”

After their contract with PLEDIS Entertainment expired, the fromis_9 members expressed their desire to continue as a group. After thorough discussions and careful consideration, five of the members decided to sign with a new agency that could help them bring their vision to life.

Their new company, ASND, is also in talks with PLEDIS Entertainment about using the name fromis_9 for the group’s future activities.

Expectations are high for fromis_9’s new music and activities with their new agency.
