cignature has officially disbanded!

On December 3, C9 Entertainment officially announced the disbandment of the K-Pop girl group cignature. The four-year journey of cignature ended with the announcement, with their activities concluding on November 30.

C9 Entertainment stated that they have officially ended the exclusive contracts with all cignature members Chaesol, Jeewon, Seline, Belle, Semi, and Dohee, regardless of the remaining duration of their contracts. The agency thanked the members for their efforts and contributions amidst the challenges they faced through the years. The company also extended apologies to the fans of cignature, signfan, for the sudden announcement. Fans were requested to continue cheering for the members as they begin their new journey soon.

cignature debuted in 2020 under J9 Entertainment, a subsidiary of C9 Entertainment with the single ‘Nun Nu Nan Na’. Since their debut, the group has undergone several lineup changes before ultimately choosing to disband. cignature is best known for their songs like ‘Poondung’, ‘Smooth Sailing’, ‘AURORA’, ‘I like I like’ and more.
