Indian Origin K-Pop Idol Aria Officially Debuts With ‘X:IN’

Aria, the second Indian K-POP Idol makes her debut as a member of the Girl Group ‘X:IN.’

X:IN is a new 5 member South-Korean girl group under ESCROW Entertainment. It consists of former MEP-C members: Roa, Chi.U, E.Sha, Nova, and Aria. The group released a pre-debut single called “Who Am I” on March 12, 2023.

On April 11, X:IN made their official debut by releasing the First Full-Length Album Keeping the Fire along with M/V.

 

X:IN has been making waves before their official debut but one of the reasons it caught the eyes of Indian KPOP fans is the fact that one of the X:IN members is an Indian!

The maknae of the group, Aria, also known by her real name ‘Gauthami‘ hails from Malayli Community in Kerala, India. She has also worked as a child actor in Malayalam Film Melvilasom (The Address). Earlier, in 2022, Aria was selected as a member of GBK Entertainment Group ‘MEP-C’. However, she quit the group in 2023. Later on March 7, She and Nova (another member of the group) were revealed as members of the upcoming Girl Group ‘X:IN’ under Escrow Entertainment and the other ex MEP-C members were also introduced.
